A Simple 5-Step Process to Support Your Loved Ones Abroad
The AI Longevity Clinic (AiLc) International Health Program is designed to make cross-border care coordination structured, secure, and easy to follow.
Whether your family member lives in Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Central America, Venezuela, Colombia, or another country, the process begins here.
Step 1 – Submit an International Request
A Florida-based family member or the overseas patient may begin by:
- Completing the International Consultation Request Form
- Selecting the country of residence
- Providing basic medical history
- Uploading available lab results or medical records (if available)
Our team reviews the request within 24–48 hours.
You will then receive confirmation and scheduling options.
Step 2 – Schedule the International Telehealth Consultation
Once the request is reviewed:
- A secure telehealth appointment is scheduled
- Family members in Florida may join
- The patient abroad may join via smartphone, tablet, or computer
- Translation assistance (Spanish/Creole) can be arranged when needed
We encourage family participation to ensure clarity and shared decision-making.
Step 3 – Medical Review & AI-Assisted Assessment
During the consultation, our clinical team will:
- Review symptoms and medical history
- Evaluate uploaded lab reports or imaging
- Discuss current medications
- Provide preventive and longevity-focused recommendations
- Offer lifestyle and metabolic guidance
When appropriate, AI-supported analysis tools may assist in identifying preventive strategies and risk indicators.
Important:
AiLc provides consultation guidance and care coordination support. We do not replace local physicians or assume direct control of overseas treatment.
Step 4 – Personalized Health Plan & Care Coordination
After the consultation, patients receive:
- A written summary report
- Preventive care recommendations
- Suggested diagnostic follow-up (if appropriate)
- Medication review guidance
- Lifestyle and longevity optimization suggestions
With patient consent, recommendations may be shared with local providers in the patient’s home country.
Step 5 – Ongoing Follow-Up & International Patient Portal
Patients enrolled in the program may access:
- Secure follow-up telehealth sessions
- Ongoing progress reviews
- Remote monitoring guidance
- Care package coordination (if selected)
- Digital access to consultation summaries
The International Patient Portal allows:
- Appointment tracking
- Secure messaging
- Document uploads
- Family member coordination access
